By using the Telegram bot @nofi_music_bot (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, “Bot”), you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
Intellectual property
You are not permitted to copy, modify or attempt to obtain the source code of the Service. You may not use Neirlast logos, name or other brand elements without prior written permission. All intellectual property rights associated with the bot code and architecture belong to Neirlast. Artist information, artwork and tracks are provided by and are the intellectual property of third party music databases.
Provision of services
Neirlast strives to make the Service as useful and stable as possible. However, we reserve the right at any time, for any reason and without prior notice:
- Make changes to the functionality of the bot;
- Temporarily or permanently terminate the Service;
- Restrict or block access to the Service (block the user) without giving reasons.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We will never charge you for use of the Service without expressly notifying you in advance.
Account and data
There are no traditional “accounts” with passwords on the Service. Your identification occurs automatically through your profile in the Telegram messenger.
If you delete your Telegram account, you will permanently lose your bot settings and lists of followed artists.
You are personally responsible for the security of your Telegram account and the device from which you access the Service.
Third party services and liability
The bot uses third-party APIs (for example, Deezer, Spotify) to obtain information about music releases.
Neirlast does not guarantee that notices will be 100% accurate, complete or timely. We rely on data provided by third parties and have no control over delays on their part.
Neirlast is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your reliance on the bot's notifications or functionality.
Interaction with the bot requires an active Internet connection. Neirlast is not responsible for the Service not working properly due to a lack of network, your device's low battery, or your mobile carrier's limitations (including traffic charges).
Age restrictions
By using this Service, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required to use the Telegram messenger in your jurisdiction (in most cases, 13 years or older).
Disclaimer
Neirlast does not guarantee that there will be no software glitches, delays in bot responses, or errors in text. You use the bot at your own risk, "as is". The developer does not accept any responsibility for what may happen if you have not read these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is recommended that you review this document periodically for any changes. New terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon posting.
