The developer Neirlast provides the Telegram bot @nofi_music_bot (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) on a free basis. This document describes how the information of users of this Service is collected, used and protected.
By using @nofi_music_bot, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Collection and use of information
To operate the Service (tracking new music releases and sending notifications), I collect and store in the database only the following information:
- Your unique identifier in Telegram (Telegram User ID).
- List of artists you have added to follow.
- Activity data (for example, date of last interaction with the bot). This information is used for internal analytics, assessing audience engagement, and automatically clearing the database of inactive users.
Telegram automatically sends your other profile information to the bot (for example, Username, first or last name), but this information is not stored in the bot's database and is not used. I do not collect email addresses, phone numbers or other personal information.
Use of third party services
The bot runs on the Telegram platform and accesses external music databases to check new releases. These third party services have their own privacy policies:
Your Telegram User ID is not shared with Deezer or Spotify. Requests to their API occur anonymously from the bot server.
Data management and deletion
You are in complete control of your data. To remove your information from the Service database, you just need to block the bot in Telegram. After blocking, the system (based on data about your inactivity and chat unavailability) will eventually permanently delete your Telegram User ID and the list of tracked artists from the bot’s database.
Safety
I take reasonable technical measures to protect your information (Telegram User ID and artist list) from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's privacy
This Service is not intended for persons under 13 years of age (or such other minimum age as required by Telegram rules in your country). I do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes are published on this page. It is recommended that you review this document periodically.
