Neirlast strives to make the application as useful and effective as possible. You should be aware that there are some things for which Neirlast is not responsible. Some app features require the app to have an active Internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile operator, but Neirlast cannot be held responsible if the app does not function to its full potential if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you do not have a data allowance left.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should be aware that the terms of the agreement with your mobile operator will still apply. At some point we may want to update the application. The program is currently available for Android - requirements for systems (and for any additional systems to which we decide to extend the program's availability) may change and you will need to download an update if you want to save using the program. Neirlast does not promise that it will always update the application to suit you and/or work with the version of Android installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept application updates when offered. We may also stop providing the Program and may discontinue use of the Program at any time without notice to you of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
